The suction control valve is installed in the oil inlet position of the high pressure oil pump for adjusting the fuel supply amount and the fuel pressure value, and the adjustment requirements are controlled by the ECU. The fuel metering proportional solenoid valve is conductive when the control coil is not energized, providing maximum fuel flow. The ECU increases or decreases the fuel supply amount by changing the oil inlet cross-sectional area of the high-pressure oil pump by a pulse signal.
