Working Principle
Fuel Pressure Regulator is a proportional solenoid valve, which is generally installed in the oil inlet position of the high pressure oil pump and controlled by the PWM signal output by the ECU; the ECU controls the opening of the fuel metering valve to change the opening degree of the PWM signal to control the fuel quantity that entry into the plunger, then control the common rail pressure.
